구독 해지 및 환불 / Subscription cancellation and refunds

1. 무료 체험 / Free trial

결제 정보 없이 7일간 무료로 체험할 수 있습니다. 체험 중에는 청구되지 않으며, 체험이 끝난 뒤 구독을 선택하는 경우에만 결제됩니다.

You can try the service free for seven days without payment details. You are not charged during the trial and are billed only if you choose to subscribe afterwards.

2. 구독 해지 / How to cancel

결제 후 받은 영수증 이메일의 링크 또는 앱의 “구독 관리·해지” 버튼(고객 포털)에서 언제든 해지할 수 있습니다. 해지하면 다음 갱신부터 청구되지 않으며, 이미 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지 이용할 수 있습니다. 고객 포털에 접속하지 못하면 [email protected]으로 문의해 주세요.

Cancel any time through the link in your receipt email or the “Manage / cancel subscription” button (customer portal). Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. If you cannot reach the portal, email [email protected].

3. 환불 기준 / Refund policy

• 7일 이내 환불: 월간·연간 구독 모두, 첫 결제와 갱신 결제 각각 결제일로부터 7일 이내에 환불을 요청하면 환불해 드립니다. Monthly and annual subscriptions: if you request a refund within 7 days of a payment (first payment or renewal), we will refund it.
• 7일 경과 후: 이미 결제한 기간에 대한 환불은 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 이중 결제, 승인하지 않은 결제, 결제 오류는 확인 후 환불합니다. After 7 days, payments for a period already paid are not refunded. Duplicate charges, unauthorized charges and billing errors are reviewed and refunded.
• 법령상 권리: 이용자가 거주하는 국가의 법령이 정한 환불·청약철회 권리는 이 정책으로 제한되지 않습니다. This policy does not limit refund or withdrawal rights that apply to you under the laws of your country.

4. 환불 신청 방법 / How to request a refund

[email protected]으로 결제 시 사용한 이메일 주소, 주문 번호(영수증에 있음), 결제일을 보내 주세요. 라이선스 키 전체는 보내지 않아도 됩니다. 확인 후 영업일 기준으로 가능한 한 빨리 답변드립니다.

Email [email protected] with the email address used at checkout, your order number (shown on the receipt) and the payment date. You do not need to send the full license key. We will reply as soon as we can on business days.

5. 환불 처리 / How refunds are processed

환불은 결제를 처리한 Lemon Squeezy를 통해 원래 결제 수단으로 이루어집니다. 카드사에 따라 반영까지 시간이 걸릴 수 있으며, 환율 차이로 카드 명세서의 환불 금액이 결제 때와 다를 수 있습니다. 환불된 구독의 라이선스 키는 비활성화됩니다.

Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method. It may take some time to appear depending on your card issuer, and exchange-rate differences can change the refunded amount on your statement. The license key of a refunded subscription is deactivated.
