1. 서비스 / Service

Read and Feel은 매일 세계문학의 한 문장을 읽고 필사하는 웹 서비스입니다. 계정 없이 이용할 수 있으며, 처음 방문한 브라우저에서 7일간 무료로 체험할 수 있습니다. 체험 시작 시각과 이용자가 입력한 필사·메모는 이용자 기기의 브라우저 저장소(localStorage)에 저장되며 운영자 서버로 전송되거나 동기화되지 않습니다. 브라우저 저장 데이터를 삭제하거나 다른 브라우저를 사용하면 체험 기간이 다시 시작될 수 있습니다.

Read and Feel is a web service for reading and transcribing one line of world literature each day. No account is required. You can try it free for seven days in the browser where you first visit. The trial start time and your entries are stored in your browser's local storage and are not sent to or synchronized with our servers. Clearing browser data or using another browser may restart the trial.

2. 유료 구독 / Paid subscription

• 요금 / Price: 월간 구독 월 ₩3,900, 연간 구독 연 ₩40,000. 최종 결제 금액, 세금, 결제 통화는 결제 화면에 표시되며, 결제 통화가 원화가 아닌 경우 환율에 따라 카드 명세서의 청구액이 다를 수 있습니다. Monthly: ₩3,900 per month. Annual: ₩40,000 per year. The final amount, taxes and billing currency are shown at checkout; if billed in a currency other than KRW, the amount on your card statement may differ with exchange rates.
• 자동 갱신 / Auto-renewal: 구독은 해지하기 전까지 선택한 주기(월 또는 연)마다 자동으로 갱신되고 같은 금액이 청구됩니다. 요금이 변경되는 경우 변경 전에 서비스 화면 또는 이 페이지에 안내합니다. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the same price until cancelled. If the price changes, we will announce it in the service or on this page before it takes effect.
• 해지 / Cancellation: 결제 후 받는 영수증 이메일의 링크 또는 앱의 “구독 관리·해지” 버튼(고객 포털, readandfeel.lemonsqueezy.com/billing)에서 언제든 해지할 수 있습니다. 해지하면 다음 갱신부터 청구되지 않으며, 이미 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지 이용할 수 있습니다. You can cancel at any time through the link in your receipt email or the “Manage / cancel subscription” button (customer portal). Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• 라이선스 키 / License key: 결제가 완료되면 판매 대행사가 라이선스 키를 이메일과 주문 확인 화면에 제공합니다. 앱의 구독 창에 키를 입력하면 해당 브라우저에서 구독이 활성화됩니다. 키는 본인의 이용을 위한 것이며 타인과 공유하거나 판매할 수 없습니다. 하나의 키로 활성화할 수 있는 브라우저·기기 수에는 한도가 있을 수 있습니다. 키와 활성화 정보는 브라우저에 저장되므로 브라우저 데이터를 삭제하면 키를 다시 입력해야 합니다. After payment, the merchant of record provides a license key by email and on the order confirmation page. Enter it in the subscription window to activate your subscription in that browser. The key is for your own use and may not be shared or resold. The number of browsers or devices per key may be limited. The key is stored in your browser, so clearing browser data means you must enter it again.
• 구독 상태 확인 / Status checks: 서비스는 구독 상태를 확인하기 위해 주기적으로 Lemon Squeezy에 라이선스 정보를 조회합니다. 만료·해지·환불된 키는 비활성화되며, 네트워크 문제로 조회하지 못하는 경우 마지막으로 확인된 상태를 최대 7일간 유지합니다. The service periodically checks your license with Lemon Squeezy. Expired, cancelled or refunded keys are deactivated. If a check cannot be completed because of a network problem, the last confirmed status is kept for up to seven days.
• 판매 대행 / Merchant of record: 구독 결제는 Lemon Squeezy가 판매 대행사(Merchant of Record)로서 처리하며, 결제 처리·세금 계산·영수증 발행은 Lemon Squeezy가 담당합니다. 결제 시 Lemon Squeezy의 결제 관련 약관과 정책도 함께 적용됩니다. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, which handles payment processing, tax calculation and receipts. Lemon Squeezy's checkout terms and policies also apply.

3. 환불 / Refunds

환불 기준과 신청 방법은 구독 해지 및 환불 페이지를 따릅니다. Refund rules and how to request one are described on the Cancellation and refunds page.

4. 지식재산권과 이용 범위 / Intellectual property and permitted use

이용자가 입력하거나 공유하는 자료가 적법하도록 해야 할 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다. 권리가 없는 글을 입력하거나 배포하지 마세요. 서비스에 표시되는 문학 인용문은 예시이며 변경되거나 삭제될 수 있습니다. 운영자는 제3자 저작물에 대한 소유권을 주장하지 않습니다.

You are responsible for ensuring that material you enter or share is lawful. Do not submit or distribute text you do not have the right to use. Literary quotations in the service are illustrative and may be changed or removed. We do not claim ownership of third-party works.

5. 서비스 변경과 백업 / Changes and backups

서비스는 개선을 위해 기능이 변경되거나 일시 중단될 수 있습니다. 요금이나 유료 이용 조건이 크게 바뀌는 경우 사전에 안내합니다. 필사와 메모는 이용자의 브라우저에만 저장되고 별도로 백업되지 않으므로 중요한 내용은 직접 보관해 주세요.

Features may change or be briefly interrupted as the service improves. We will give notice before significant changes to price or paid terms. Entries and notes are stored only in your browser and are not backed up, so please keep your own copy of anything important.

6. 책임의 범위 / Liability

법령상 배제할 수 없는 이용자의 권리는 이 약관으로 제한되지 않습니다. 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 서비스는 현재 제공되는 상태로 제공되며 모든 이용자의 요구를 충족한다는 보증은 하지 않습니다.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without a guarantee that it meets every user's requirements.

서비스와 구독에 관한 문의는 위 운영자 정보의 이메일로 해 주세요. 이 약관에는 대한민국 법이 적용되며, 이용자가 거주하는 국가의 강행 소비자 보호 규정은 영향을 받지 않습니다.
